Just yesterday, i went to the Freedom Deli in King of Prussia for lunch. Behind the counter, mixing it up with the deep fryer was a mullett unlike any other. The plumage was outstanding, a vision of the pure untouched, untainted mullett. A thick curley flap covered the subjects entire neck, and some colar.

Was this really happening? Was I really in the presence of an almost extinct, highly volitile, mississippi mudflap? or was it of the louisiana waterfall variety, slightly mutated or perhaps crossbred with a self depricating New Jersey Neck Warmer? The greatness of this experience put my hunger in the back seat. My motive was to now document this specimen for further analysis. I would capture this subject on film for the whole world to enjoy!

Facinated with my find, I felt my hand go for the camera that I keep in my jacket pocket especialy for occasions like this. I locked. I loaded. I snapped a shot of the mullett, capturing it in all of its glory and pride. In hesitation, the mullett wildly bucked and began to show signs of anger and hostility, true signs that this may be a mutated curly version of the dread camaro mullett revisited.

Now you tell me the mullett thing is old... 90's even... My studies have concluded that the mullett has survived Y2K, and many specimens are living joyously in the 21st century, right under our noses!!!
